- 1 Granny Smith Apples, evenly diced
- ½ cup Dried cranberries
- Dressing:
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp Dijon
- 2 tsp honey
- ¼ tsp fresh pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
