Blue Moon Harvest Salad

The second course for Blue Moon’s Fall Variety Pack Meal, I wanted to do something light following the heavy first course dish. In this instance it is a food and beer pairing with the signature Blue Moon Belgian White. The focus here was on seasonal ingredients, combined with a few accents that would pair nicely with the classic Blue Moon. Using bitter greens, roasted nuts, savory goat cheese, and two different types of fruit makes this salad exceptional. The dressing is intended to be light, utilizing the fall flavors and some ingredients also in the beer. A perfect step in the Four-Course meal! Enjoy!

Method


Combine all wet ingredients and mix together. Toss dressing over salad until all leaves are coated.
