Butter Poached Lobster

Ingredients
- 2 Lobster tails (4oz, roughly)
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- ½ cup Dry White Wine
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
Sometimes you just have to cook for your lady. Don’t be shy with this luxury item, it isn’t too difficult to cook, just be sure to not over cook! An excellent side dish pictured is a pan roasted succotash of corn, sunchokes (or Jerusalem artichokes), and shallots.
