- 2 15oz cans White Beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 Anaheim Peppers, de-seeded and diced
- 2 Yellow Onions, diced
- 1 28oz can diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 quart chicken stock
- 2 tvsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 2+tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
