- 1 grapefruit, supremed (sliced w/out pith) & juiced (2-3 tbsp)
- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Fresh Cracked Pepper
- Salad:
- 2 tbsp Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1 small bulb Fennel, shaved thin
- 1 cup Baby Arugula
- 1 bunch Watercress
- 2 sage leaves, fried
- 1 cup day old bread, cubed
- 1 tbsp butter
