- 2-3 pounds of Flank Steak (skirt steak, or NY strips will work well too)
- 1/2 cup of Dijon Mustard
- 4 stems of fresh dill (about 1/4 to 1/3 cup chopped)
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/3 cup of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
