This is a great ‘everything’ sauce! Use it as a salad dressing, mix it with some cooked Top Ramen noodles, or use as a dipping sauce for spring rolls or just plain vegetables! You can also use it as a Satay sauce and coat some chicken, or even shrimp. A great tip for kids; grill up some chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces, and serve with this peanut sauce. Kids will love to dip chicken in it! You can double this recipe and store in an air tight container for up to 2 weeks. Perfect for a light Sunday meal that will set you up for a week of great eats!
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and emulsified.
