CH Wine Baked Ham

Easter is here, and we have everything you need to throw a delicious brunch. It all starts with the traditional center piece, the ham. Now, don’t go bending over backwards and doing the ham yourself. This recipe is geared towards that ordinary ham you buy in the store already ready to go. But, we’ve added some awesome and easy twists to make this main dish stand out and a star of brunch. Some may seem a bit odd, but trust me they work. They whole idea is to infuse the ham with complimentary spices and flavors to make that delicious porky sweetness stand out even more. I can tell you I was eating this ham for about 3 days or so after this shoot and I couldn’t get enough. I then made an epic broth with the leftover ham bone. Do not throw that thing away. It is soup magic!
