- 1 Small Portabella Mushroom
- 1 Small Butternut squash, peeled and sliced into ¼” rounds
- 1 bunch of Fresh Spinach
- 4 Tbsp Ricotta Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Goat Cheese
- 4 Tbsp Chive oil (1/4 cup of fresh chives blended with 4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil)
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- ¼ Cup White Wine
- 1 Tsp Salt
